El Centauro dominates to his liking and everyone respects him with fear at San Fernando Prison. In flashback we see how he escaped from prison with the complicity of several guards and inmates, leaving several dead policemen in his path.

Yolanda receives a special meal and a note from el Centauro, who urges Leon to get her out of the punishment cell. Later, Gerardo interrogates Yolanda and pressures her to give him information about el Perro in exchange for her daughter's photo.

Yolanda discovers that Dominga has left her a dead rat in the bed but conceals her in front of Vicente, who has come to help her. El Centauro talks to el Padrino and learns that Yolanda was el Perro's wife.

El Centauro, satisfied by Yolanda's visit, decides to restore her protection. On the other hand, Cristina returns home and, unaware of the fact that Mariela is listening, tells Otoniel that she visited her mother in jail.

Julia, Centauro's wife, has arrived home. An anonymous person has sent to her cell phone very compromising photos of her husband with a woman. She threatens el Padrino with a gun to confess who the woman is and he, scared, gives her the name.

Vicente sticks a knife in the eye to the unconscious Tania. Then, he takes out his cell phone and takes a picture, feeling terrible for what he has just done. Yolanda meets Tania and screams for help to take her to the infirmary.

Gerardo, confused by his encounter with Bibiana, decides to return Yolanda's letters to Cristina. Outside the market, Cristina, terrified, watches that el Guarura does not wake up while Lucho and el Manitas check the trunk. The chase begins.

Gerardo, very worried, tells Rafael that el Padrino has kidnapped Bibiana. In order to rescue her, they demand that he hands all the documentation against el Centauro that his brother Pablo left him before dying.

Salgado suspects Gerardo's visit to the prison and decides to investigate. Yolanda asks Rosales to let her say goodbye to Dominga before they take the body. Gerardo, hidden, sees the back of el Padrino, Bibiana and a bodyguard.

Aguilar assures Gerardo that Bibiana was not comfortable being unfaithful to him. Later, he reproached him for not having counted on them for the rescue. Julia reads the press and asks el Centauro of the details of the escape; he evades the answer.

Mariela serves juice and dissolves the drug just as Otoniel returns home in surprise. Cristina runs into Lucho, who asks forgiveness for what happened. Otoniel finds them, scares the young man away, and tells Cristina his problems.

Mariela receives the news of the police intervention with displeasure. Gerardo, as part of his plan, contacts a journalist to publish the news that they are going to close the female pavilion of the prison due to violations of human rights.

César brutally hits the prostitute and finally shoots and kills her. Félix gets rid of the body. Vicente, hidden, witnesses the entire event. Cristina is still very upset with her mother and goes to school.

Yolanda, Cristina and Lucho talk; a lot of tension is in the air, especially when the signal detector vibrates. However, Lucho manages to disguise. Later, he is left alone in the room and checks the house. Félix and César intercept the dealer.

El Centauro hides himself in a bathroom and Yolanda goes out. She says she feels sick and Gerardo does not suspect. After listening to the conversation between Yolanda and Cristina about el Centauro, Mariela plans to hand him over to win the reward.

Vicente meets Tania at the motel. Lucho gives a note from el Centauro to Cristina and, although she is not sure, he convinces her to send it to his mother. Alvarito tells Gerardo he saw Yolanda was very upset after the kiss.

Otoniel, reluctantly, distracts Yolanda while Mariela goes into Cristina's room to look for some clue of el Centauro. From Aguilar's office, Rafael and Alvarito watch her on the monitors. Yolanda and Otoniel talk.

While trying to release the ropes with a glass, Gerardo tells Yolanda and Cristina that el Centauro has ordered to kill Mariela and Otoniel. Vicente hits him to shut up, while Yolanda tries to calm Cristina down.

Félix gives his report to el Centauro about the winery and el Cirujano's gym. El Centauro decides to go for a walk around the gym. Julia keeps asking Cristina about her life. The girl thinks she can earn her by saying what she wants to hear.

Rafael and Gerardo watch the entrance of the pool that Lucho goes to. El Gato, in position, waits for him and, when he arrives, he puts Rafael's valuable watch in his pocket. El Centauro and his men prepare themselves for the coup.

El Cirujano represses Ignacio; he assures him that he has a business plan to recover the money, however, his father asks him to find where el Centauro is and how many people he has. Cristina hides herself in the stable and calls Lucho.

Two years after their last meeting, Rafael, together with a group of commandoes, is behind Centauro and Emilio across a field. When they are finally cornered by a group of police officers, Centauro shows he has a bomb tied around his torso.

Yolanda manages to escape from the taxi just a few seconds before the blast, while Isidro is filming her. Gerardo, worried because Yolanda hasn't showed up yet, calls Rafael to ask for help. Centuro has ordered to send a second threat to Yolanda.

Ana, the daughter of Cirujano, is meeting someone with whom she believes she has built a secret place for Emilio and Centauro's money. Without knowing it, the master builder is being followed by Isidro, who has orders of eliminating him.

When Ana is willing to use her weapon, Vicente shows up and convinces Yolanda of moving away. Ana has found the prescription with Yolanda's name. During an awkward dinner at Rafael's, Mariana makes advances toward Gerardo.

Yolanda, without noticing Centauro's presence, goes on an interview and gets the job. Meanwhile, some men follow Gato to a café. When Yolanda leaves the interview, she gets a call from Centauro.

A very concerned Gerardo asks Javier if it is possible to remove the calls from his mobile phone; the latter replies it is almost impossible. Lucho gets a call from Cholo for a meeting. Cristina and Román see each other again, and she kisses him.

Yolanda and Julián arrive at the garage of Forensic Science, where she waits for Julián to fill in some forms; that's when Centauro shows up with a rifle. Yolanda starts Julián's car and escapes from there as she can.

Julián keeps Yolanda unconscious and then goes to Rafael's office to collaborate with the investigation. Gerardo cannot believe it is a about a suicide. A destroyed Cristina meets with Román at a park, to the anger of Lucho.

A broken Gerardo bids farewell to Yolanda in her funeral. Ana, who's been present all the time, gets captivated by Gerardo. Emilio warns Centauro about Mariana; she's falling in love and she won't like Yolanda's appearance at the mansion.

Lalo and his men have broken into Mapache's shelter, from where they've agressively taken Miguel and Mapache. Lucho arrives at Cholo's Back Room and gets surprised at seeing so many armed men; he ignores it, but he's there due to Centauro's visit.

Gerardo manages to keep Isidro's mobile phone, in which he finds a picture of Ana with a message setting a date at place on a highway. Yolanda tells Centauro she likes him but she needs some time.

Gerardo, curious about what Ana could say, listens to the messages she has received in her mobile phone. Julián begins with the second part of Yolanda's treatment; Centauro fears she may suffer some damages as the ones of Cholo.

Gerardo's claim to Román results in a new quarrel between him and Lucho. Rafael asks Javier to start an investigation for the loss of Mena's mobile phone, considering Gerardo as the main suspect.

Mariana accepts that Gerardo has handled her mobile phone, but she is hiding what she spoke with Isidro fearing Centauro. Ana goes to the meeting point and manages to neutralize Lalo's men; leaving him without Miguel and the money.

After leaving Gerardo uconscious, Julián injures his head and asks for help. He says Gerardo has suffered a fit of anger and sends him to get hospitalized. Rafael tries to defend him, but he cannot do anything.

Mariana learns about who the nurse in charge of Gerardo is and tells Isidro to threaten him so that he kills him. Román and his friend Erick watch Cristina's video; they're planning a show for a customer with a lot of money.

Guided by Mapache, Yolanda, Lalo and a group of men are heading for the neighborhood. Ana manages to see the ambush and is able to notify Miguel; however, they get caught in the neighborhood.

Yolanda tells Centauro she wants to marry him. Samuel is getting the lethal injection ready determined to comply with what Isidro has aked him. Mariana, broken for Centauro's rejection, shoots a video for him saying that she's leaving.

Mariana tries to get a ticket to Spain ignoring that Ana and Gerardo are going for her. Rafael, at the hospital, gets the dispatch from the lieutenant in charge. Because of the description of the suspects, he knows Vicente was involved.

Due to Érica's call, Rafael heads for High Frequency with Lucho to learn about the death of Mariana. Centauro and Emilio are notified by the Doctor that Vicente and Ana have rescued Gerardo.

Following Julián's idea, Emilio and Centauro get a person that pretends to be Yolanda's aunt. Meanwhile, Yolanda is speaking to Rosaura, a woman from the port who says she doesn't recall her and has never heard of her.
